Fast-changing skills are the reality for anyone in the workforce today. So why aren’t more employers and employees incorporating learning into their daily work life? That’s the question we sought to answer in our recent study of 1,000 knowledge workers. As it turns out, a predominant issue with workplace learning is its lack of relevance to the actual work being done.
