Lower levels of fitness and consequent health issues among people old and young is a serious and widespread problem for organizations across industries. Many companies have responded with scattershot efforts that often begin with the inauguration of new gym facilities and the provisioning of healthy food choices in their cafeterias. While nice first steps, these initiatives have not made much of a dent in expanding obesity rates and related health challenges.
