The future of work introduces an equal measure of wonderment and thorny challenges. As we look to tackle these opportunities and obstacles, we believe that diversity and inclusion (D&I) is a key to unlocking both success and solutions. After all, the potential skills and talent needed for the future of work is in abundance all over the world — if the resources were available and accessible to these budding geniuses who have historically been disqualified from the workforce based simply on where they reside, which they gender they are, or any other characteristics they bear that have historically been used as a disqualifier for entering the workforce.

That’s why we’ve assembled some of Cognizant’s keenest minds to share their thoughts on not just the importance of D&I but also on how businesses can improve their approach to welcoming, supporting and benefiting from a diverse population.
