INSIGHTS TO MASTER THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Businesses—and individuals—must now adapt to an era of AI, bots and algorithms.
Arm yourself with new data and insights for your Work Ahead.

Overview

Mastering Your Future of Work

The Work Ahead is a research series providing insight and guidance on how business—and jobs—must evolve in an economy of algorithms, automation and AI. With new machines and new business models based on information, the rules of the game are being rewritten.

At the heart of commerce, and our lives, is work—the foundation of modern society—and it has never changed faster. Some companies are going into a tail spin as we move from a world of “atoms” into a world of “bits.”

Winning in the digital economy will require new skills, new tools and a new set of commercial rules. To understand our new game, we studied nearly 2,500 current (and future) members of the global business community. Now we share with you our roadmap for The Work Ahead.
