The training, located in The Bronx, New York, offers skills and direct hiring opportunities to a global technology corporation hiring hundreds of local New Yorkers for in-demand tech jobs.

Over the course of 18 months, Per Scholas will train hundreds of New Yorkers at no-cost, providing students with career development resources in addition to technical training.

Qualified graduates are guaranteed an interview. Cognizant’s goal is to hire as many as of the training program’s initial graduates as possible to fill current positions that will increase their local operations across the NYC area.

THE COGNIZANT ACADEMY: OUR IN-HOUSE TRAINING CENTER

We are committed to continuous learning and giving our associates opportunities to stay current with leading-edge technologies—and to develop communication skills so that they can perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

All learning programs are conducted through Cognizant Academy, our in-house training center, using both classroom-based and online programs. This dedicated center offers many conventional and leading-edge educational programs for employees at all levels.
