In January 2019, Cognizant commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate analytics platform use cases, features, and functionalities that support client needs, and the underlying data management and governance technologies that can support those analytics use cases. Forrester surveyed 312 respondents via an online survey and conducted 11 interviews. Respondents from both groups
included data and analytics decision makers at enterprises in the US, Canada, France, Germany, and the UK to explore this topic.
We found that though organizations are forging ahead with their data-driven strategies and initiatives, they haven’t always done the work to ensure they have a solid foundation in place to support their advanced analytics.
