One of the world’s largest asset management firms wanted to develop a flexible and agile IT infrastructure with high availability, integrity, security, delivery precision and cost control. We helped the client design, build, migrate and manage a Greenfield Data Center and state‑of‑the‑art convergent infrastructure. We also provided end‑to‑end service management across multiple technology towers and disciplines including applications, BPO and infrastructure to meet a set of business aligned SLAs.

A diversified global financial services company and the world's second largest manager of private wealth assets wanted to consolidate its IT assets, reduce cost of operations and increase availability of IT infrastructure. We helped the client transform its service desk operations and achieve steady-state service levels by the end of the transition.
