<p>Romil Bahl is the CEO of Astreya, a Cognizant company. A successful and visionary leader, his extensive experience spans multiple sectors across the technology industry. His leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in his belief in tactful audacity—the ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining constructive and effective partnerships.</p> <p>Romil’s strategic foresight is backed by a track record of transformative execution, as proven in each of his CEO roles. Before joining Astreya, Romil was the CEO of KORE Wireless, where he positioned the company as an innovative leader in global IoT solutions and took the company public on the NYSE in late 2021.</p> <p>Prior to that, Romil was CEO of Lochbridge, a company he repositioned around connected-car solutions and led through its acquisition by a strategic buyer in 2017. His previous roles also include serving as CEO of PRGX, EVP & GM of CSC's Global Industries, Global Head of Systems Integration at Infosys and President of Global Consulting at EDS.</p> <p>Romil holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Engineering from DMET in India. Before coming to the US for graduate studies, Romil worked in India and France, and he speaks Hindi, French and Punjabi.</p>
