We call this multifaceted approach “engineering the modern business,” an opportunity for established companies to match the digital advantages enjoyed by startups and digital-native organizations.
The digital shift is proceeding at different paces internationally. To gauge progress in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, we interviewed a cross-section of executives from more than 20 large companies across industries and countries/zones.
