2017-02-10

The following infographic summarizes the findings from our Q2 and Q3 2016 study of customer-facing mobile apps offered by the top 100 P&C insurers. It explains where carriers’ mobile apps are lagging their customer portals from a functionality and features perspective. It also lists the areas that carriers should prioritize when developing or improving existing apps.
