Quote2Cash for Small to Midsize Business (SMB)

Quote2Cash includes use cases that are preloaded, preconfigured and pre‑integrated, leveraging existing legacy systems or suggested ISV offerings. With Quote2Cash, CSPs can streamline and update the processes they use to create quotes for SMB customers, send approved quotes to the order enrichment process, enable service fulfillment/delivery and upgrade their customer billing systems. Related features include quote‑to‑draft order translation, order decomposition and omnichannel support.

Lead2Cash for Enterprise

Lead2Cash for enterprise customers enables CSPs to improve the business processes they use to sell communications, voice and data products to enterprise customers. By leveraging preconfigured and pre‑integrated use cases that work seamlessly with the CSP's OSS/BSS layer, leveraging industry-leading ISV offerings where applicable, Lead2Cash helps identify the sales/opportunity leads, initiate the quote and order enrichment process, and prioritize/notify sales agents’ work queues. Features include lead‑to‑quote‑to‑draft order translation, order decomposition and omnichannel capabilities.

Market Ideation to Product/Offer Realization

With this capability, CSPs can eliminate manual processes and get to market faster with new service offerings for customers and prospects in the enterprise, SMB and mass-market segments. Leveraging preloaded product specifications and a TMF SID aligned data schema, Market Ideation to Product/Offer Realization leverages social media filters and applies campaign management rules by product type and genre.

Product managers can then model offers to sell products to a specific genre. Offers are populated downstream into offer/order and storefront catalogues with an integrated data synchronization configurable business process.

Customer 360 View

With the expansion of new marketing channels, the cross‑sell and upsell opportunities that CSPs seek depend on a full view of each customer’s service portfolio. With Customer 360 View, this becomes possible, thanks to its ability to pull data from other systems and act as a central source where all channels access the same data.

Features include preloaded use cases, 600 Northbound APIs to support various permutations of the data, logical data models, physical data schemas supporting both B2C and B2B business markets and pre‑integration to business process management (BPM) service layers via Telemanagement Forum (TMF) compliant Frameworx.

 

TMF Enabled BPM Transformation

Multiple, often redundant and frequently outdated legacy systems are a fact of business life for many CSPs. From acquisitions or market segment silos, the result is the same—too many disparate systems and resources that are scattered geographically. BPM leverages the latest cloud‑based process tooling to help business groups transform their business processes and collaborate in real time across regions.

The generic and detailed specifications are preloaded into a TMF SID aligned master product catalogue. The BSS Transformation offering also includes the real-life use cases every CSP requires to operate its business, from new install/new customer to MACD and supplement operations.

The use cases support all lead/quote/order2cash business processes that enterprise,SMB and mass market businesses require. Additional pre‑integrated/pre configured capabilities include Customer 360 View and omni channel enablement. Loosely coupled SOA/TMF compliant concepts provide full interoperability to a CSP's leagcy heterogeneous system to ensure a less disruptive and more evolutionary transformation approach.

Business Architecture Workshop

After business and functional requirements are defined, development of the business architecture is frequently needed before a BSS Transformation initiative is launched. Our facilitated Business Architecture Workshops accomplish this in a fraction of the traditional time required today.

We bring preloaded artifacts and accelerators into the product specifications and use case definition process, and discuss with workshop participants product specifications, business and pricing rules, and business process workflows.
