As a big picture thinker with an operations background, Stephanie partners on large scale transformations to build integrative strategies with an understanding of execution.

Stephanie leads the Strategy practice, a team of service designers and strategists who help organizations craft new experiences that will capture top-line and bottom-line growth. By combining her passion for understanding human behavior with her expertise in organizational design, Stephanie has led multidisciplinary teams through the development of innovative services and products from conception to realization. Over the years, she has worked with companies as diverse as FedEx, Campbell’s, AbbVie, HTC, Scotiabank, and Farmers.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto. In addition to holding a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) designation, she is also an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional.
