AICPA Migrates Back-Office Operations to the Oracle Cloud

The Challenge

The American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) was struggling to gather accurate and timely information from the outdated and siloed legacy systems that supported its processes across human resources, finance, financial planning and analysis, and procurement operations. The AICPA needed to modernize its processes for these key back-office operations.

Our Approach

The AICPA chose Oracle Cloud to optimize its operations and transform its processes. It selected KBACE, a Cognizant Company, to implement the Oracle HCM Cloud and the Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

KBACE took a three-phased approach. The first two phases focused on implementing the Oracle HCM Cloud applications suite and rolling it out to three countries. The third phase focused on migrating the AICPA from Oracle EBS 11i to the Oracle ERP Cloud applications suite, with its Financials Cloud and Procurement Cloud modules, and implementing the Planning and Budgeting Cloud module within the Oracle EPM Cloud solution.

The AICPA Enters a New, Cloud-Based Digital Era

The unified, KBACE-delivered Oracle Cloud solution quickly paid dividends. The AICPA now follows a more strategic, data-driven approach in its business, leveraging the Oracle Cloud capabilities to innovate and work smarter while driving down total cost of ownership (TCO).
