The client needed a state-of-the-art, international HR system to support the organization spread across the globe. This included a hybrid model connecting the core SAP HCM applications for central governance and other central global processes.

The client wanted an integrated performance management and recruiting system to address the problems of non-integrated systems supporting performance, goals and recruiting processes and the absence of real-time reporting.
We implemented the HR master data system–Employee Profile, Performance and Goal Management and Recruiting modules. We created two 360 Multi-Rater forms - incorporating competencies recognized by client as strategic and functional in nature. We utilized role-based permissions and designed a security model that dynamically supported the client entities.

The client needed a HR system that supported a complete performance management and succession system for shorter planning cycles, standardization of ratings and a formal succession plan.
We configured role-based permissions for Performance and Goals, Succession and Career Development modules and enabled dashboards, reports and ad-hoc reporting for these modules. We created extensive customized training materials including course outlines for employees, supervisors, and administrators and training decks, classroom-based training modules, quick reference guides, FAQs and infographics.
