A $2.9-billion specialty healthcare company acquired multiple companies, which resulted in a disparate ERP landscape. The firm needed to streamline and simplify the business processes of the consolidated entity.
We conducted a due diligence study that helped identify gaps with industry best practices and opportunities of improvement. We transformed the complex, disjointed IT landscape with multiple ERP systems into a consolidated, single-instance SAP system with standardized process, technology and data models.
