| Cognizant is an authorized testing lab to independently
conduct the VMware Hardware Certification testing on behalf of VMware’s
hardware partners. This allows the hardware partners to be relieved of the
burden in testing and review process involved in the certification process. The
VMware Hardware Certification program is jointly supported by a dedicated
technical and business team from VMware and Cognizant. Cognizant is fully
equipped with world class infrastructure and a dedicated certification testing
team to assist with the process.

| Once registered, Cognizant would test your product per
the guidelines of VMware and will submit the test results to VMware. You’ll get
your VMware Certified logo and usage guidelines upon confirmation of the test
results.

| The VMware Hardware Certification Program at Cognizant
is aimed at ensuring the compatibility of Vendors in different domains ranging
from Servers, Components and Storage with the VMware ESX platform. This program
provides hardware vendors the services of Cognizant Technology Solutions Lab
infrastructure and experienced system test engineers to assist them in getting
certified with the VMware Hardware Compatibility certification logo.

| The benefits of the being part of the Cognizant-VMware
Hardware certification Program ensures that the certified vendors hardware is
published on the VMware Hardware Compatibility List (HCL). Cognizant provides
the one standard platform for the hardware vendors to get certified across a
list of six certifications. The conformance of the different hardware
components with the VMware Hardware certification guidelines is a great
business opportunity to be part of a growing list of VMware Partner vendor
community. The certification program also provides an opportunity to be part of
the VMware virtualization community to discuss issues, solutions and
methodologies.
