Disbursements

• Consolidation of Disbursement Applications. After many acquisitions, a large life insurer had multiple small disbursement systems that were expensive and difficult to maintain. We consolidated the fragmented systems and provided complete maintenance and support. An enterprise-wide common Web interface was created to manage disbursements and streamline all business rules relating to death claims. In addition, our effort provided a framework to expand the interface to service other types of disbursement, including disability claims, loans, surrenders, maturities and dividends.
