Based on our domain knowledge and analysis of your environment, we create the new adapted process for onsite/offshore deployment and use proven tools and practices for ensuring rapid, seamless offshore transition. We are constantly measuring our performance. Benchmarking ourselves against the eSourcing Capability Model (eSCM), the leading standard developed by Carnegie-Mellon University governing the practices employed by outsourcing providers. We design our operations to reach eSCM level 4 (enhancing through innovation) within 12 months of going live, embedding Six Sigma practices and tools to constantly track our quality of performance.

Risk reduction vigilance
We understand that your business cannot tolerate disruption. We work to spot potential problems ahead of time by driving project plans through Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). This methodology dissects potential reliability issues during the design process, when they can be nipped in the bud. Backing up our failure mode analysis approach, we rigorously test project plans across:

  • Technology, covering data, voice, and applications
  • Infrastructure, covering workflow performance, site checklist adherence, and operational readiness
  • Knowledge, where we check associates through on-the-job and classroom testing.
