The large file size is a difficultly for today’s core games. We created a new download manager that facilitates easier content downloads for this client and its sales affiliates. The client’s previous download manager had limited download capacity in terms of size and speed. It desired an upgraded version that would enable multiple downloads with no fixed extension and would properly launch the installer once the download was completed.

We analyzed the existing business process and helped the client’s teams to evolve, visualize and prioritize the solution. We them developed an agile deployment process and tools to reduce time to market for servicing more affiliates.
