• Re-engineering of an Auto Liability Reporting system originally developed in a matrix of assembly language and Easytrieve programs. The new system was rolled out in 22 states and improved the accuracy of reports by providing a user interface for service centers. The re-engineered system also eliminated the fines and penalties (up to $500 per vehicle and $5,000 per day) paid to state DMVs due to erroneous reports.
• Application maintenance and enhancement for a Management Reporting System that consolidated premium and loss information from various systems and generated month-end, quarter-end, and year-end management and financial reports.
• A Decision Support Solution for successful integration of consolidator business (Abra, True2form, and M2), using Data Warehouse tools, Siebel, and DataStage. This solution helped the client take strategic decisions by consolidating the business of 150 Repair facilities.
