- Development of a Document Management System using DocuCorp's Internet Policy Production and Retrieval System (iPPS). With scalability for 3000 concurrent users, the system streamlined the exchange of information statements between the insurer and the agents/brokers. It also enabled agents to send policy documents to customers by e-mail, e-fax, and through the Web, achieving process efficiencies and reduced cycle times.
