- A Web-based Order Entry System - Integrated, Web-based, ACORD compliant, one-point application information entry system for all individual life insurance policies. This system handled over 200 products, was used by 1000 agents, and handled the product lines of three different companies.
- An Employee Portal - The employee portal was an online channel for the employees to view their benefits and provided a user-centric browsing experience. This portal provided a customized view of the different benefits products, enrollment into various benefits programs, online claims inquiry, online access to claim forms, and integration with the client's benefits portal. This resulted in decreased operating expenses by providing a lower cost channel for self-service and increased revenue by enhancing the total customer relationship and increasing retention and/or cross-sell of additional products.
- An Employer Portal - Maintenance and enhancement of an employer portal for a large life insurer. This portal provided enrollment services, customizable billing, payroll management, claims inquiry, and online reporting. This resulted in decreased operating expenses by providing a lower cost channel for self-service.
- An Integrated Agency Cashiering Solution - Comprehensive, Web-based solution to integrate and streamline all payment transactions performed by an agency. The application processed payments for all product lines (Life, Annuities, and P&C), and expedited the depositing of funds. It handled over $980 million worth of payments in a month.
