It is fully integrated with the client's benefits portal. - An employer portal for a large life insurer: We maintain and continuously enhance the portal that provides enrollment services, customizable billing, payroll management, claims inquiry and online reporting. It has decreased operating expenses by providing a lower-cost channel for self-service.
- An integrated agency cashiering solution: To streamline payment transactions, this Web-based application processes payments for all product lines (Life, Annuities, and P&C) and expedites deposits. In one month alone, it handled $980 million in payments.
