 Jemima Chadwick is a Project Manager responsible for product development in the Enterprise Marketing space.  Dinesh Maroo literally walked his way into
Cognizant, thanks to a walk-in interview
back in 1997. "I was pursuing my Bachelors
in Physics at Loyola College, Chennai, India,
when I was fascinated with IT and did a
course," Dinesh recalls, "A
walk-in interview at Cognizant beckoned
and I gave it a shot… After Cognizant,
life has never been the same." A Senior
Manager who handles delivery for one of
Cognizant’s largest clients today,
Dinesh’s story is a story of fast
growth and success. "What amazes me

I like about Cognizant," begins Jyotika
Bisht, who joined the CRM group of Cognizant
in September 2003, "is that it lets
you do what you want to. Whether it’s
working on a specific platform, taking up
a new role, shouldering new responsibilities,
Cognizant gives you a free hand."
For someone who loves skiing, ice skating,
sky diving, and horse riding, Jyotika lives
by the philosophy that the destination does
not matter as much as the journey does.
"From the very start, the CRM group
has been supportive and encouraging,"
Jyotika concedes, "I have been working
for an internal project – building
an application for the Immigration team
that would help associates get a transparent
view of their visa processing and thereby
eliminate many of the Immigration team’s
pain points, and make visa processing easier
and faster." The application –
WHIZZA – is scheduled to go live soon.

 She is a recipient of the ‘Associate of the Year’ award for her contribution towards building the HIPAA competency. The sole contact point for Cognizant Coimbatore’s (India) Healthcare vertical, Saritha Punji passed out of the esteemed Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India, in 1997. She began her career as an Entry Level Trainee with Y2K activities and successfully moved on to be part of a major re-engineering project that helped her "gain insights on the technology front and in many ways, was the stepping stone to my involvement with aspects of project management".
