Senior Architect (10+ years of relevant experience)

• Define, design, validate application and enterprise architecture to ensure that it meets the business requirements (functional as well as non functional goals)
• Ability to work hands on with code and application setup
• Assume technical execution responsibility for multiple projects
• Manage a team of technologists and be responsible for technical mentoring of associates
• Client interaction and expectation management
• Leading research activities on new technology/packages/COTS solutions, build POCs, compare, contrast and evaluate various technology trends in order to provide relevant inputs for key architectural decisions
• Support pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities
• Define and implement best practices across projects/locations
• Conceive and create technology and domain assets

Architect (8+ years of relevant experience)

• Define, design application and technical Architecture meeting business needs as well as complying to industry standards and best practices
• Ability to work hands on with code and lead coding efforts
• Ensure that technical aspects of project delivery exceed quality standards. Guide the quality assurance process from a functional as well as non-functional standpoint
• Manage a team of technologists and be responsible for technical mentoring of associates
• Client interaction and expectation management
• Researching new technology/packages/COTS solutions, build POCs, compare, contrast and evaluate various technology trends in order to provide relevant inputs for key architectural decisions
• Support pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities
• Define and implement best practices across projects/locations

Technology Specialist (5+ years of relevant experience)

• Participate in application and technical analysis, design, and implementation
• Write structured, efficient, well documented code which adheres to industry coding standards and guidelines established for the project
• Ensure that technical aspects of project delivery exceed quality standards
• Be responsible for technical mentoring of associates
• Client interaction
