Business Analyst
Cognizant Technology Solutions, a global IT services provider, currently has vacancies for Business Analysts in the Banking and Life Science domains. The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering to our clients across Europe. The role will be responsible for working the client account teams to understand and develop business requirements which would typically include product, operations and technology requirements.

Candidates must have all of the following as a minimum:
  • Minimum 18 months experience within the Banking or Life Science domain (as applicable); requirements analysis, definition and modelling; user acceptance script development; team management and consulting skills.
  • Successfully carried out the role of business analyst in minimum 2 programs where the program has had 10 or more employees each over a period of 6-12 months.
  • Fluent English and good written English
  • Minimum 3 years IT services experience
  • A graduate degree in either business or technology essential. Business degree is preferable.

On-site/off-shore delivery model experience is preferable as is a good understanding of CMM level 5 quality processes. The successful candidate will possess all of the above and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; they would also require strong problem solving skills.

Senior Associate
Cognizant Technology Solutions, a global IT services provider, currently has vacancies for Senior Associates in the Banking and Life Science domains. The successful candidate will part of a team delivering to our clients across Europe.
The role is part of a team and requires deep knowledge of multiple areas of specialization including macro/micro level designs aspects, testing, automated processes and troubleshooting..


Candidates must have all of the following as a minimum:
  • Minimum 18 months experience within the Banking or Life Sciences domain (as applicable); requirements analysis, definition and modelling; user acceptance script development and project management.
  • Experience in Data warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies for example Cognos and Microstrategy.
  • Successfully carried out the role of analyst and team lead in minimum 2 programs where the program has had 10 or more employees each over a period of 6-12 months.

  • Management experience of teams of 4-10.
  • Minimum 5 years IT services experience
  • A graduate degree in either business or technology essential.

The successful candidate will part of a team delivering to a variety of clients across Europe. The role would manage the PMO and/or support large scale system integration programs to ensure that the overall program and project objectives are met in the planned timeframe and on budget.
The role is part of a team and requires deep knowledge of multiple areas of specialization including macro/micro level designs aspects, testing, automated processes and troubleshooting..

Candidates must have all of the following as a minimum:
  • 5 years project management experience where the following can be demonstrated: interaction with senior client management; working with guidelines and methodologies; knowledge of industry specific applications and scope management.
  • Minimum 3 years applicable domain experience
  • 3 years experience of Data warehousing and Business Intelligence.
  • Strong experience with MS Tools: MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Fluent English and good written English essential
  • Minimum 5 years IT services experience
  • A graduate degree in either business or technology essential as it PMP/PMI certification.

Versant Database Architect, France (Paris / Toulouse)
A professional with minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT consulting services in supporting large complex projects/programs. Skills should include interacting with senior client management, project management policies, guidelines and structured methodologies, industry specific applications, technologies, client relationship management including scope management, along with well organized, excellent presentation, written and verbal communications.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Versant.
  • Essential, hands on experience in Versant ORDBMS database, very good knowledge of Oracle database.
  • Essential, data migration experience, good data modeling skills.
  • Preferably, Web applications experience.
  • Essential, fluency in French, very good communication skills in English.
