Business
Analyst
You will be an MBA from a premier B-school
with at least 3 years of experience in one
of the domains: Pharma & Life Sciences,
Banking, Financial Services, Insurance,
Retail or Manufacturing & Logistics
You will have functional or technical exposure
to Siebel, PeopleSoft, Oracle CRM or data
warehousing and business intelligence. Prior
client-facing experience would be an advantage.
You will also have expertise in one or more
of these areas: proposal preparation, package
selection and study, business process mapping
and BPR, ROI studies, strategic consulting.
EAI Specialist
You will have at least 4 years of experience
in IT, with expertise in integration of
J2EE applications with Siebel/SAP/JDE using
EAI tools like TIBCO or webMethods. You
will be strong in at least one database
and J2EE architecture..
Pega Workflow Architect
You will have at least 3 years of experience
in IT, with development experience in Pega-Works
or PegaRules. You will have expertise in
HTML/Javascript programming with a sound
knowledge of OOAD concepts and C++ or Java.
Project Leader
You will have at least 6 years of experience
in IT, of which at least 3 years will be
on Siebel. You will have experience of at
least one end-to-end Siebel implementation,
with proficiency in RDBMS platform, EAI,
EIM/data cleansing & migration, CTI,
data warehousing and Siebel analytics. Siebel
certification preferred.
Team Leader
You will have at least 3 years of industry
experience, of which 2 years will be on
Siebel. You will have experience in handling
at least two Siebel projects, with proficiency
in RDBMS platform, configuration and scripting,
data loads, EIM, EAI, server administration,
work-flows, assignment manager, Actuate
eReporting Suite and Siebel analytics. Siebel
certification preferred.
Developer
You will have at least 3 years of industry
experience, of which 1 year will be on Siebel.
You will have expertise in configuration
and scripting, server administration, workflows,
assignment manager, Actuate eReporting
Suite, data loads and EIM. |
