Manager - IT Infrastructure Services
You will be the owner of large-scale
IT Infrastructure management services programs.
You will be responsible to deliver Remote
Management services for client data centers,
networks and software infrastructures of
large enterprises. You will work with client
organizations to ensure that the overall
program and contract objectives are met
on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible
for delivery of services with teams located
onsite at client location as well as offshore
in multiple delivery centers. You will also
be responsible for people management within
the team including hiring decisions, overall
motivation and morale as well as maintaining
resource utilization and quality.
You will have more than 12 years experience
in IT Infrastructure services and a thorough
grasp of ITIL, BS15000 and BS7799. You will
have prior experience running at least three
large scale SLA based infrastructure services
programs. Your skills should include capability
to manage senior clients, establish and
implement project management policies, guidelines
and structured methodologies, including
scope management, negotiating contracts.
Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure
Services
You will be responsible for managing SLA
based remote management service contracts
on IT Service Desk, Datacenter Management
and Software infrastructure support on diverse
technology areas. You will understand and
implement processes based on BS15000 framework
and continuously implement service improvement
programs and align IT Infrastructure services
to clients' business benefits. You will
ensure that the project costs are managed
as per the budgets.
You will also have prior experience of at
least 8 years in managing long term contracts
for IT infrastructure services for medium
to large scale enterprises. Your skills
should include client management, project
scope management, Contract management, application
of remote management tools and technologies,
people management along with excellent written
and verbal communication capability.
You will have an undergraduate degree in
computer science, computer engineering,
physical sciences or electrical engineering.
ITIL certification is desirable.
IT
Infrastructure Architect
You will provide architecture expertise
and technology direction for large-scale
remote infrastructure management, system
integration, network integration, infrastructure
consolidation and migration programs comprised
of multiple projects. You will also work
closely with the delivery managers to ensure
implementation of architectural vision and
meeting client's requirements.
You will have more than 8 years of infrastructure
architecting experience with expertise on
a particular technology area - Servers,
Storage, Databases, middleware, voice and
data networking, messaging and IT service
management. You will have experience with
design and deployment of various products
and sub technologies in your chosen technology
area, like Microsoft, Sun, IBM, Cisco, BEA,
Oracle etc.
IT Infrastructure services specialists
You will be responsible to design, deploy
or manage our clients' IT infrastructure
components on any of the following technologies.
You will be having extensive hands on experience
in configuring, monitoring and administering
these products and technologies on production
and development environments. You will have
experience in the range of 3 to 6 years
in delivering IT infrastructure services.
