Delivery
Manager
You will be the owner of large-scale system
integration programs comprised of multiple
projects. You will work with clients, internal
and external functional groups including
business, product, operations, financial
and technology organizations to ensure that
the overall program and project objectives
are met in the planned timeframe and budget.
You will also be responsible for people
management within the team including hiring
decisions, overall motivation and morale
as well as maintaining resource utilization
and quality.
You will have more than 10 years experience
in application development domain and a
thorough grasp of SDLC. You will have prior
experience leading at least two large scale
system integration programs with multiple
projects. Your skills should include capability
to manage senior clients, establish and
implement project management policies, guidelines
and structured methodologies, including
scope management, negotiating contracts
(hardware, software, application hosting,
professional services, etc). You will have
an undergraduate degree in computer science
or physical sciences and a graduate degree
in business or technology.
Application Development Manager
You will be responsible for managing application
development project teams comprising of
clients, internal staff and outside contractors.
You will need to ensure that the project
objectives are met in the planned timeframe
and budget.
You will also have prior product development
experience or experience in developing large
scale system integration projects. Your
skills should include client management,
project scope management, financial services
applications, web technology and/or back-office
implementations, along with excellent written
and verbal communication capability. You
will have more than 6 years of experience
along with an undergraduate degree in computer
science, computer engineering, physical
sciences or electrical engineering. PMI
certification is desirable.
Senior Architect
You will provide architecture expertise
and technology direction for large-scale
system integration or product development
programs comprised of multiple projects.
You will also work closely with the delivery
organization to ensure implementation of
architectural vision and meeting client’s
requirements.
You will have more than 8 years of architecture
experience with expertise on a particular
technology area. You will have experience
with design methodologies and frameworks
in different environments such as .NET,
Java, Open Source Software, Application
and Database servers on UNIX and Windows
and IBM mainframe. You will also have an
undergraduate or graduate degree in computer
science or computer engineering.
Lead Architect
You will provide technical leadership to
a single or multi-project account. You will
formulate methodologies applicable to the
project and client and will work closely
with client representatives and the delivery
team to provide technical vision during
the project implementation. You will have
experience in technology areas including
Java / J2EE, .Net, and Open Source Software
You will have at least 6 years of experience
in medium to large sized projects and will
have deep life cycle experience in delivering
large-scale, enterprise projects. You will
also have an undergraduate or graduate degree
in computer science or computer engineering.
Test Manager
You will be responsible for leading testing
efforts for projects in the area of system
integration or product development programs.
You will have more than 7 years of experience
in testing of products and systems. Experience
must include systems integration and user
acceptance testing, writing and automating
test scripts, defect tracking/closing, test
planning using guidelines and structured
methodologies. Your skills should include
experience with one or more of industry
standard testing tools like Win Runner,
Test Director, Segue, Load Runner, Rational
tools, etc.
