The individual performing this analyst role
will interact directly with employees in
defining business requirements and high-level
designs for a variety of software development
and data conversion initiatives. The position
is full time and will be based in Minneapolis,
Minnesota. The candidate should be willing
to travel 10% of the time to work with out-of-state
clients.
To be considered for this position, the
successful candidate will possess the following
background and experience:
- 10+ years experience in information
systems
- 5+ years experience working in the
managed healthcare industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- The ability to work with minimal supervision,
and manage time to meet project milestones
- The ability to independently lead
meetings and teleconferences where business
requirements are discussed and defined
- Experience creating software development
artifacts required under Sarbanes-Oxley
legislation
Background which is preferred, but not
mandatory, includes:
- Subject matter expertise in the areas
of: physician and hospital claims processing,
member enrollment, benefits administration,
and provider contracting
- Experience in performing data conversions
from one software platform to another

interfaces between a managed healthcare
organization and external entities,

which is a part of the overall ERP practice.
Responsible for developing the practice
and developing JD Edwards consulting business.
Will have customer and business development
coupled with building teams in US and India.
Duties will include deployment of JD Edwards
software, leading project activities, developing
corporate process objectives, facilitating
process improvement activities, and assisting
with the development and implementation
of go to market strategy.
Over 8 years of IT consulting experience
with at least 4 years of implementation
experience of JD Edwards. Should have in
depth knowledge of JDEdwards functionality
and technology, including OneWorld, RPG,
and AS/400. In depth knowledge of manufacturing,
