Vice Chairman |
 Lakshmi has played a leading role in the global information technology industry for more than 25 years, managing divisions and business units in Europe, India and the United States. Since joining Cognizant in 1994, he has been instrumental in formulating the company's strategy and building and managing the organization's development centers in India, where he is based. As Vice Chairman, Lakshmi travels extensively in the U.S. and Europe to meet with clients.
Client focus, Lakshmi believes, is Cognizant's defining value. "Our mission is to be known as the number one organization in the minds of our customers," he says. Throughout his career at Cognizant, Lakshmi has played a key role in creating a culture of openness and transparency and instilling a "can do, we never let you down" attitude.
Lakshmi began his career at Tata Consultancy Services, growing through the ranks from developer and technologist to program manager and business leader. He was a regional head of Tata in India when he joined Cognizant as CTO. He holds a BS and MS in science and electronics from Bangalore University, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Science.
In addition to Lakshmi’s role with Cognizant, he serves as chairman of the board of NASSCOM and a member of the board for the US-India Business Council. He has also received many industry accolades to include, Economic Times Entrepreneur of the Year 2005. |

President and Chief Executive Officer |
 Francisco D'Souza has 17 years of experience in the information technology industry in both operational and advisory roles. Prior to his current position, Frank was the Chief Operating Officer where he had responsibility for Cognizant’s global delivery, marketing and sales, business development and client services organizations. Previously, he led the Company’s North American and European operations. He joined Cognizant when the Company was founded in 1994. Earlier in his career, Francisco spent four years at various divisions of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, holding key positions in marketing, strategic planning, and new business development in Germany, the US and India.
Francisco was born in Nairobi, Kenya, and has traveled widely in countries ranging from Panama to Hong Kong where he obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of East Asia. He also received an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University. Francisco has earned many industry accolades to include, Economic Times Entrepreneur of the Year 2005 and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year ® 2007 for New Jersey.

Chief Financial and Operating Officer |
|  Gordon has over 16 years of financial management experience in the information technology industry. He joined Cognizant in 1996 as the company began shifting its focus towards external sales and an IPO. Gordon oversees the company's worldwide financial planning and analysis, as well as accounting, treasury/tax and investor relations functions. In addition, his responsibilities include global talent management, M&A, internal systems, and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Gordon spent six years of his career with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where he held key financial management positions at the operating and staff levels.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Nasdaq-listed Corporate Executive Board (EXBD) and ICT Group (ICTG), as well as the Commercial Services Division of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA). Gordon obtained his Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University, and later received an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

President & Managing Director, Global Delivery |
 Chandra has more than 20 years of operational management experience in the IT industry. Prior to his election as Executive Vice President and Managing Director in January 2004, he served as Senior Vice President responsible for offshore delivery, as well as key alliances, capacity growth, process initiatives and business development. He joined Cognizant at inception in 1994 and has played key leadership roles in building the Company’s global delivery platform, spearheading new solutions and championing advanced process initiatives.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Chandra served in various delivery roles at Tata Consultancy Services. Mr. Sekaran obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College in Trichy, India and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management. |

Chief Operating Officer, Global Client Services |
 Raj has more than 16 years of operational management experience in the IT industry. Raj is responsible for the Company’s sales, business development and client relationship management organizations. Previously, Raj served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cognizant’s Financial Services Business Unit with full P&L management responsibility, guiding the group to an annualized revenue run rate of more than $550 million and achieving industry leadership recognition such as JPMorganChase’s Supplier of the Year Award in 2005.
Prior to joining Cognizant in 1997, Raj was involved in implementing GE Information System’s offshore outsourcing program and also held consulting positions at Deloitte & Touche and Andersen Consulting. He obtained his BS from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. |
