Competency Centers
To continuously expand our deep expertise in CRM-related solutions, built on software developed by the industry’s leading vendors, we maintain numerous competency centers.
Each center provides technical and business-consulting expertise before and during customer engagements to ensure cost-effective and flexible CRM solutions. The result: quick ROI and faster time-to-market.
Our centers include:
- Oracle/Siebel Competency Center. We are a Siebel consulting partner and were selected to conduct Siebel 7.7 and 8.0 beta testing. We have completed over 60 Siebel projects across numerous industries using multiple technologies. For example, we actively participated in the development of the first Facets-to-Siebel Connector for the healthcare industry and implemented a CRM system for PDAs based on the Everypath solution.
- Pega Competency Center. This center provides training and technical consulting for many customer projects. There is deep expertise in PegaSYSTEM, PegaWEB, PegaREACH, PegaPRISM, PegaRULES Process Commander and other applications.
- Salesforce.com Competency Center. We are a Salesforce.com Global Strategic SI partner and continue to build on our long-standing alliance. Our Salesforce.com Center of Excellence was created to help build deep expertise with this popular on-demand platform, as well as Apex and related products. Our goal: to make it easy to share and manage critical business information enterprise-wide.
- Sword Ciboodle Competency Center. This center delivers the best of both the software and services side of our Customer Service Management team. It was established to provide a dedicated team with a focus on the core expertise required to extend and support the Sword Ciboodle platform, both from a technical and business perspective.
- Oracle/PeopleSoft Competency Center. This center is a one-stop shop for all PeopleSoft needs, including business strategy and best practices support. It helps us excel in the upgrading, maintenance, and integration of all Oracle/PeopleSoft systems.
- SAP-CRM Competency Center. Here we deliver transformative, cost-optimizing SAP solutions customized to your business requirements.
