Our efforts may be best exemplified by the Making the Future program, which sparks young people’s interest in STEM disciplines by creating fun, hands-on learning opportunities. This initiative comprises after-school and summer programs, nonprofit partnerships, college scholarships and advocacy through Change the Equation, a CEO-led effort to cultivate STEM literacy.
We’re also channeling the talents and energy of our associates into education. Through our Outreach program, employees are volunteering their time to enhance education around the world, backed by Cognizant’s corporate financial and administrative support.
