• Technizant: A revolutionary platform for discussion on Cognizant's offerings, its domain expertise, and latest technology. In short, Technizant is a ticket to Cognizant's vast world of technology.
• Alumni Programs:
  Lateral Alumni Connect: At Cognizant, it has always been our culture to maintain strong and deep relationships with our clients and associates. We use every opportunity to help strengthen these bonds and stay connected with our alumni while encouraging them to become part of this valuable global network. Our alumni link on the careers portal allows them to register, re-apply, refer friends, take part in alumni events and, most importantly, stay in touch with Cognizant.
  
  Campus Alumni Connect: Here's an initiative towards promotion of job opportunities at Cognizant through the alumni network of colleges. This initiative involves identifying potential and inactive job seekers through the alumni network of colleges, and promoting available job opportunities. This appeals to the alumni and creates a liaison between the Lateral Recruitment team and colleges via their alumni authorities. This initiative also generates a recall of brand Cognizant in the campus arena.
